针刺加艾灸结合疗法对类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效探究

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined Therapy on Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:观察针刺加艾灸结合疗法对类风湿性关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。方法:选择2018年4月-2020年4月于笔者所在医院治疗的80例RA患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用针刺疗法,研究组采用针刺与艾灸结合疗法,两组均治疗1个月。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医症候积分、VAS评分、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、抗环瓜氨酸(CCP)抗体水平。结果:治疗后,研究组中医症候及VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组ESR、CRP和抗CCP抗体水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺加艾灸结合疗法可有效改善RA患者中医症候,降低ESR、CRP和抗CCP抗体水平,临床疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined therapy on rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Method:A total of 80 patients with RA treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture therapy,and the study group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined therapy.Both groups were treated for 1 month.Clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,VAS score,ESR,C-reactive protein(CRP)and anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide(CCP)antibody levels were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,TCM symptoms and VAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ESR,CRP and anti-CCP antibody in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion combined therapy can effectively improve the TCM symptoms of RA patients,and reduce the levels of ESR,CRP and anti-CCP antibody,with significant clinical effect.
