耳穴压籽法联合穴位贴敷法治疗脑卒中后便秘的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Constipation after Cerebral Stroke by Auricular Acupoint Seed Pressing Combined with Acupoint Application

目的:观察耳穴压籽法联合穴位贴敷法对脑卒中后便秘患者的临床治疗效果。方法:研究对象为2019年11月-2021年3月于福建中医药大学附属康复医院脑病康复科住院治疗的60例脑卒中后便秘的患者。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,两组均给予基础药物治疗和康复训练,观察组采用耳穴压籽法结合穴位贴敷法治疗,对照组使用聚乙二醇4000散治疗。采用疗效评估及便秘临床评分量表(CCS)来评价两组治疗后疗效及排便改善情况。结果:(1)观察组总有效率为83.33%,对照组总有效率为60.00%,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,两组CCS评分均显著降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压籽法结合穴位贴敷法可有效改善脑卒中后便秘。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of auricular acupoint seed pressing combined with acupoint application on constipation after cerebral stroke patients.Method:The subjects were 60 patients with constipation after cerebral stroke who were hospitalized in the Department of Encephalopathy Rehabilitation,Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to March 2021.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given basic drug therapy and rehabilitation training.The observation group was treated with auricular acupoint seed pressing method combined with acupoint application method,while the control group was treated with Macrogol 4000 Powder.Efficacy assessment and Cleveland clinic score(CCS)were used to evaluate the efficacy and improvement of defecation in the two groups after treatment.Result:(1)The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.33%,and that of the control group was 60.00%,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the CCS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,the CCS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular acupoint seed pressing combined with acupoint application can effectively improve constipation after stroke.
