经穴情绪释放技术在抗击疫情一线护士心理压力调节中的应用研究

Application of Acupoint Emotional Freedom Technique in Psychological Stress Regulation of Frontline Nurses Fighting Epidemic Situation

目的:探讨经穴情绪释放技术(EFT)在抗击疫情、一线护士心理压力调节中的应用。方法:研究时间为2020年1-12月,研究对象选取本院2个综合性医院院区及14家基层分院参与抗击新冠肺炎疫情一线的护理人员,共128名,均给予经穴情绪释放技术帮助其调节心理压力,并分别于治疗前后采用焦虑、抑郁自评量表评估护士的心理压力状况,对比分析该技术的应用效果。结果:治疗后128例护士的抑郁评分为(49.23±3.17)分,焦虑评分为(50.84±3.63)分,均明显低于治疗前(t=20.182、17.447,P<0.05)。结论:经穴情绪释放技术能够有效调节抗击疫情一线护士的心理压力,从而缓解其心理负担,维护心理健康,更好地提高生活与工作效能。

Objective:To explore the application of acupoint emotional freedom technique(EFT)in fighting epidemic situation and psychological stress regulation of frontline nurses.Method:From January to December 2020,128 nurses in our two comprehensive hospitals and 14 primary branch who fighted against COVID-19 outbreak were selected,all given meridian emotional freedom technique to help it to adjust psychological pressure,and anxiety,depression self rating scale of nurses’psychological pressure situation were assessed before and after treatment.The application effect of this technology was compared and analyzed.Result:After treatment,the depression score of 128 nurses was(49.23±3.17)points and anxiety score was(50.84±3.63)points,which were significantly lower than before treatment(t=20.182,17.447,P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint emotional freedom technique can effectively regulate the psychological pressure of the frontline nurses in the fight against the epidemic,so as to alleviate their psychological burden,maintain their mental health,and better improve their life and work efficiency.
