共同照护对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及自我效能的影响

Influence of Shared Care on Blood Glucose Control and Self-efficacy in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:分析共同照护对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及自我效能的影响。方法:选择惠州市第一人民医院内分泌科2019年6月-2020年6月收治的120例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组60例,对照组采用常规护理模式干预,研究组采用共同照护模式干预,对比两组护理效果。结果:护理前,两组患者对疾病相关健康知识掌握度评分、自我效能评分、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,研究组对疾病相关健康知识掌握度评分、自我效能评分显著高于对照组,研究组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平显著低于对照组,研究组对护理工作的总满意率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对2型糖尿病患者采用共同照护模式干预,不仅能有效提高患者对疾病相关健康知识的掌握度和自我效能,还能切实控制和改善其血糖水平,从而能提高其对护理工作的满意度。

Objective:To analyze the influence of shared care on blood glucose control and self-efficacy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method:A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Department of Endocrinology,the First People’s Hospital of Huizhou from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by routine nursing mode,and the study group was intervened by shared care mode.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Result:Before nursing,there were no significant differences between the two groups on disease-related health knowledge mastery score,self-efficacy score,fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin level(P>0.05).After intervention,the disease-related health knowledge mastery score and self-efficacy score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the levels of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of shared care for patients with type 2 diabetes can not only effectively improve the mastery of disease-related health knowledge and self-efficacy,but also effectively control and improve their blood glucose level,so as to improve their satisfaction with nursing work.
