IMB引导认知护理对肝硬化患者的影响

Influence of Cognitive Nursing Guided by IMB on Patients with Liver Cirrhosis

目的:探讨信息-动机-行为(IMB)引导认知护理在肝硬化患者中的应用效果。方法:本文将2019年8月-2020年8月本院收治的肝硬化患者90例作为研究对象,对所有患者按照随机方式进行分组,对照组45例患者以常规护理进行干预,观察组45例患者以IMB引导认知护理进行干预,统计分析护理前后CLDQ评分、SAS评分、SDS评分及护理满意度。结果:观察组护理后SAS评分为(35.28±3.36)分,SDS评分为(32.17±3.14)分,与对照组相比较低(P<0.05);观察组CLDQ总分为(32.01±3.58)分,与对照组相比较高(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.78%,与对照组相比较高(P<0.05)。结论:对肝硬化患者实施IMB引导认知护理效果较好,可有效提高患者护理满意度与生存质量,改善不良情绪,保持良好的心理状态,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To explore the application effect of information-motivation-behavior(IMB)guided cognitive nursing in patients with liver cirrhosis.Method:A total of 90 patients with liver cirrhosis in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as study objects.All patients were randomly divided into groups,45 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,and 45 patients in the observation group were treated with IMB guided cognitive nursing intervention.The CLDQ score,SAS score,SDS score and nursing satisfaction were analyzed statistically.Result:The SAS score and SDS score after nursing of the observation group were(35.28±3.36)and(32.17±3.14)points,which were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total CLDQ score of the observation group after nursing was(32.01±3.58)points,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of IMB guided cognitive nursing for patients with liver cirrhosis is good,which can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients,improve the bad mood,maintain a good psychological state,and has high application value.
