小儿热速清糖浆联合阿莫西林对急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿症状缓解时间及CRP、IL-6水平的影响

Influence of Xiaoer Resuqing Syrup Combined with Amoxicillin on Symptom Relief Time and CRP and IL-6 Levels in Children with Acute Suppurative Tonsillitis

目的:探讨在急性化脓性扁桃体炎(AST)患儿治疗中给予小儿热速清糖浆联合阿莫西林对症状缓解时间及C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年1月在本院接受治疗的94例AST患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组(n=47)与对照组(n=47),对照组使用阿莫西林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用小儿热速清糖浆治疗,对两组症状缓解时间及炎性因子水平进行比较。结果:观察组退热时间、充血消失时间、咽痛缓解时间、脓性分泌物消失时间明显早于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后CRP、IL-6较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),观察组水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将小儿热速清糖浆联合阿莫西林应用于AST患儿中可缩短症状缓解时间,改善炎性因子水平。

Objective:To investigate the influence of Xiaoer Resuqing Syrup combined with Amoxicillin on symptom relief time and C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)levels in children with acute suppurative tonsillitis(AST).Method:A total of children with AST who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into the observation group(n=47)and the control group(n=47)according to the random number table method,the control group was treated with Amoxicillin,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoer Resuqing Syrup on the basis of the control group.The symptom relief time and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Result:The antipyretic time,congestion disappearance time,sore throat relief time,and purulent secretion disappearance time in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05);the CRP and IL-6 after treatment in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Xiaoer Resuqing Syrup combined with Amoxicillin in children with AST can shorten the time of symptom relief and improve the levels of inflammatory factors.
