血栓通胶囊联合阿托伐他汀对老年冠心病患者心肌重塑、游离脂肪酸及血管内皮功能的影响

Effect of Xueshuantong Capsule Combined with Atorvastatin on Myocardial Remodeling,Free Fatty Acids and Vascular Endothelial Function in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨血栓通胶囊联合阿托伐他汀对老年冠心病(CHD)患者心肌重塑、游离脂肪酸(FFA)及血管内皮功能的影响。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月笔者所在医院收治的90例老年CHD患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=45)与对照组(n=45)。对照组使用阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予血栓通胶囊治疗。比较两组心肌重塑、FFA及血管内皮功能。结果:治疗后,两组LVEF、SV均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组LVEF、SV均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组FFA水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组ET-1、ICAM-1、VCAM-1水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血栓通胶囊联合阿托伐他汀应用于老年CHD患者治疗中,可降低FFA水平,改善心肌重塑及血管内皮功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of Xueshuantong Capsule combined with Atorvastatin on myocardial remodeling,free fatty acid(FFA)and vascular endothelial function in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Method:A total of 90 elderly CHD patients admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(n=45)and the control group(n=45).The control group was treated with Atorvastatin,and the observation group was treated with Xueshuantong Capsule on the basis of the control group.The myocardial remodeling,FFA and vascular endothelial function were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and stroke volume(SV)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the LVEF and SV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,FFA levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of endothelin-1(ET-1),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Xueshuantong Capsule combined with Atorvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with CHD can reduce the FFA level,and improve myocardial remodeling and vascular endothelial function.
