阿奇霉素联合辛伐他汀治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺动脉高压的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Azithromycin Combined with Simvastatin in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Pulmonary Hypertension

目的:分析阿奇霉素联合辛伐他汀治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并肺动脉高压的临床效果。方法:纳入笔者所在医院2年内(2019年3月-2021年3月)收治的74例COPD合并肺动脉高压患者,以治疗方案的不同将其分为对比组、研究组,每组37例。对比组给予辛伐他汀治疗,研究组给予阿奇霉素联合辛伐他汀治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为97.30%,高于对比组的83.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肺功能指标、肺动脉压及炎症因子水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组肺功能指标、肺动脉压及炎症因子水平均优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素联合辛伐他汀治疗COPD合并肺动脉高压的效果显著,能够显著改善患者肺功能、肺动脉压及炎症因子水平。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with Simvastatin in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with pulmonary hypertension.Method:A total of 74 COPD patients with pulmonary hypertension admitted in our hospital within 2 years(from March 2019 to March 2021)were included.They were divided into the comparison group and the study group according to different treatment plans,with 37 patients in each group.The comparison group was treated with Simvastatin,and the study group was treated with Azithromycin combined with Simvastatin.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.30%,which was higher than 83.78%of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in pulmonary function indexes,pulmonary artery pressure and inflammatory factor levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,pulmonary function indexes,pulmonary artery pressure and inflammatory factor levels in the study group were better than those in the comparison group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Azithromycin combined with Simvastatin in the treatment of COPD with pulmonary hypertension has a significant effect,which can significantly improve patients’pulmonary function,pulmonary artery pressure and inflammatory factor levels.
