针灸联合康复疗法治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难及流涎症状的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Therapy on Dysphagia and Salivation after Stroke

目的:探讨针灸联合康复疗法治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难及流涎症状的临床效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2021年2月本院收治的62例脑卒中后吞咽困难及流涎症状患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=30)。对照组予以常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上采用针灸联合康复疗法,比较两组治疗前后吞咽功能评分、流涎症状评分。结果:两组治疗后,观察组功能性经口摄食量表(FOIS)评分、标准吞咽功能评价量表(SSA)评分改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后,观察组患者流涎症状有效(a+b+c)率93.33%,高于对照组的71.88%(P<0.05)。结论:针对脑卒中后吞咽困难及流涎症状患者的临床治疗,常规药物治疗的基础上采用针灸联合康复疗法治疗,可有效降低致残率,改善患者吞咽功能,值得推广和应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy on dysphagia and salivation after stroke.Method:A total of 62 patients with dysphagia and salivation after stroke treated in our hospital from March 2018 to February 2021 were randomly divided into control group(n=32)and observation group(n=30).The control group was treated with routine drugs,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy.The swallowing function score and salivation symptom score of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the improvement of functional oral feeding scale(FOIS)score and standard swallowing function evaluation scale(SSA)score in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the effect rate of salivation symptoms(a+b+c)in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 71.88%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the clinical treatment of patients with dysphagia and salivation after stroke,acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy on the basis of routine drug treatment can effectively reduce the disability rate and improve the swallowing function of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
