摘要
基于速度的训练是一种带有负荷监控功能的训练方法,主要用于力量训练。该文对近几年关于基于速度的训练相关文献进行梳理,旨在为基于速度的力量训练处方提供意见和建议。研究结果表明:基于速度的训练的理论基础是相对负重-向心收缩速度的关系;VBT和PBT相比,具有“事半功倍”的效果;速度损失阈值仍处于探索阶段。
Speed based training is a training method with load monitoring function,which is mainly used for strength training.This paper sorts out the relevant literature on speed based training in recent years,in order to provide opinions and suggestions for speed based strength training prescription.The results show that:the theoretical basis of speed based training is the relationship between relative load and centripetal contraction speed;compared with PBT,VBT can get twice the result with half the effort;the speed loss threshold is still in the exploration stage.
