立足于“阳光体育”背景下的高校体育教学改革研究

Research on the Reform of College Physical Education Based on the Background of"Sunshine Sports"

自国家教育部门提出“阳光体育”概念至今,各地高校教师就其在高校体育教学活动中的应用进行了诸多的创新与尝试,并初步构建起与之相关的全新教学模式。在该研究过程中,笔者首先就当前高校阳光体育运动的客观现状进行了简单阐述,并以此为据提出了几种可行性较强的教学设想,旨在通过立足高校阳光体育基础上的教学研究为高校体育教学的科学改革提供帮助。

Since the concept of"Sunshine Sports"was put forward by the National Education Department,teachers in colleges and universities have made many innovations and attempts in the application of Sunshine Sports in teaching activities in colleges and universities,and try to build a preliminary related to the new teaching model.In the course of this research,the author first makes a brief statement on the current situation of Sunshine Sports in colleges and universities,and puts forward several feasible teaching ideas based on this,the purpose is to Provide help for the scientific reform of college physical education through the teaching research based on Sunshine Sports.
