According to the development status of Zibo middle school volleyball team,this paper selects the volleyball representative team of Zibo No.10 middle school as the research object,and deeply analyzes the current situation of the training of female volleyball team of Zibo No.10 middle school in Shandong Province,including training time,training content,coach training methods,the number and results of women's volleyball players,and provides suggestions,hoping to have a positive impact and development on the volleyball team of Zibo middle school.
