核心力量对学龄期儿童伦巴舞训练效果的影响与实施措施探讨

摘要 伦巴舞习练过程主要通过腹肌、背肌等核心肌群的不断发力、转动完成大部分动作。学龄期儿童处于身心发育阶段,该阶段的主要特征表现为身体稳定性差及力量素质薄弱,这两项素质是伦巴舞中不可或缺的,核心力量训练主要针对身体躯干各肌群进行力量训练,能够改善学龄期儿童的身体稳定性、动作力度、协调能力和灵活性等,更有助于提高伦巴舞的动作美感。该文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法及归纳分析法等方法,探讨核心力量对学龄期儿童伦巴舞训练效果的影响,为学龄期儿童伦巴舞的学习和训练提供方法引导。 During the practice process of Rumba Dance,most of the movements are completed through the continuous exertion and rotation of core muscles such as abdominal muscles and back muscles.School age children are in the stage of physical and mental development.The main characteristics of this stage are poor physical stability and weak strength.These two qualities are indispensable factors in Rumba Dance.Core strength training mainly focuses on the strength training of trunk muscles,which can improve school age children's physical stability,movement strength,coordination ability and flexibility,It is more helpful to improve the movement aesthetic feeling of Rumba Dance.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview and inductive analysis,this paper discusses the influence of core strength on the training effect of school-age children's Rumba Dance,so as to provide method guidance for school-age children's Rumba Dance Learning and training.
