摘要
该研究针对两种下高原参赛时间模式展开研究,通过生理生化指标对下高原前后进行负荷监控,找出竞技状态出现高峰的时间模式,为今后下高原参加国内外重大赛事提供理论依据。结果:(1)铁人三项项目下高原1周内进行比赛为理想模式,下高原第3天为生理机能高峰期,利于单日赛;(2)铁人三项项目下高原第3周为机能状态的第二峰值期,为竞技状态高峰期;(3)下高原至平原后需要掌握合理训练负荷,下高原前不宜进行大强度训练;(4)下高原后第2周为机能指标骤降期,不宜进行大负荷和大强度训练。
This study is aimed at the study of two time modes of altitude-plain competition,through the load monitoring before and after the altitude training by physiological and biochemical indexes,Finding out the pattern of the competitive state to compete,to provide theoretical basis for the future participation in major events at home and abroad.Result:(1)Triathlon competition ideal mode of after altitude is the pattern of one week,and the third day of the after altitude is the peak period of physiological function,which is good for the one-day competition;(2)The third week after the altitude training is the second peak period of functional state and the peak period of competitive state.;(3)It is necessary to master the reasonable training load after altitude to the plain,and it is not appropriate to carry out intensive training before the plain training;(4)The second week after the altitude is the period of sudden drop of functional indexes,so it is not suitable for heavy load and intensive training.
