摘要
篮球是一种集技能性与对抗性为一体的运动项目,在篮球比赛中,绝大多数技术动作的完成都需要以力量为基础,力量是篮球运动的动力,因而力量训练是篮球项目中极为重要的一项训练内容,它对培养篮球运动员良好的力量素质具有重要作用。同时,良好的力量训练能提高运动员的技术和对抗能力,促进其身体平衡协调,提升机体效率,还能帮助运动员减少身体机能的消耗,预防肌肉的损伤。因此,高校体育教师应充分重视篮球运动员的力量训练,并采用科学的训练方法和策略,实施训练计划,促进篮球运动员技战术水平的提高。
Basketball is a kind of both skilled and confrontational sports,in basketball game,most of the technical movements completed all need based on the power,strength is the driring force of basketball,and thus strength training is very important in basketball sports a training,it is good to the cultivation of basketball players power quality plays an important role.At the same time,good strength training can improve the athletes'skills and ability to fight,promote their body balance and coordination,improve the efficiency of the body,but also help athletes reduce the consumption of body function,prevent muscle injury.Therefore,physical education teachers in colleges and universities should pay full attention to the strength training of basketball players,adopt scientific training methods and strategies,develop training plans,and promote the improvement of basketball players.
