体教专业“互联网+工作坊”混合式教育实习模式研究

Research on the“Internet+Workshop”Mixed Teaching Practice Mode of Physical Education Major

“兴国必先强师”,师范院校的人才培养,实践能力是其中不可或缺的主要环节。该文从“互联网+工作坊”的视角出发,提出体教专业混合式教育实习新模式。从该实习模式的优势、主要创新和应用前景着手,提出“互联网+工作坊”视域下体教专业混合式教育实习模式实施基本方案,通过打造实习工作平台、组建高质量团队、形成系统指导方案、选择实习指导方式及打造多元评价体系等途径,让该实习模式发挥作用,弥补师范院校体育教育专业人才培养方面的短板,满足新时代新教师的培养需要。实践表明,“互联网+工作坊”视域下体教专业混合式教育实习模式有其显著的应用价值。

"To prosper the country,teachers must be strengthened first".Practical ability is an indispensable link in the training of talents in normal universities.Based on the perspective of"Internet+workshop",this paper proposes a new mode of blended education practice for physical education majors.Starting from the advantages,main innovations and application prospects of the internship mode,the basic plan of implementing the blended education practice mode in the"Internet+workshop"field is put forward.Through the construction of the practical work platform,the establishment of high-quality teams,the formation of a systematic guidance scheme,the selection of practice guidance methods and the establishment of multiple evaluation system,the practice mode will play a role.In order to meet the training needs of new teachers in the new era,we should make up for the shortcomings in the training of physical education professionals in normal universities.Practice shows that the"Internet+workshop"perspective has a significant application value in the mixed education practice mode of the physical education profession.
