基于微课视角的高校乒乓球教学实验研究

摘要 该研究以微课教学的视角探讨高校乒乓球教学中运用微课教学方式的可行性和效果。以武汉音乐学院2018级乒乓球选项课的40名学生作为研究对象进行实验并分组,实验组在传统教学中增加微课教学的部分,根据教学大纲的安排,教师系统化梳理乒乓球理论知识体系、乒乓球技能体系和身体素质练习内容模块,在教学中合理插入微课教学部分。对照组则是按照传统教学方式开展教学。通过12周的教学实践,研究实验组和对照组在学生的身体素质和乒乓球水平方面的差异性。实验结果表明,微课教学对比传统教学在提高学生身体素质、乒乓球水平方面的作用显著。 From the perspective of micro class teaching,this study discusses the feasibility and effect of using micro class teaching method in table tennis teaching in colleges and universities.Taking 40 students of 2018 table tennis optional course of Wuhan Conservatory of music as the research objects,the experiment was conducted and divided into groups.The experimental group added micro class teaching in the traditional teaching.According to the arrangement of the syllabus,the teachers systematically sorted out the table tennis theoretical knowledge system,table tennis skill system and physical quality practice content modules,and reasonably inserted the micro class teaching part into the teaching.The control group carried out teaching according to the traditional teaching method.Through 12 weeks of teaching practice,this paper studies the differences between the experimental group and the control group in students'physical quality and table tennis level.The experimental results show that micro teaching plays a significant role in improving students'physical quality and table tennis level compared with traditional teaching.
