竞技体育乒乓球与青少年体育公共服务资源共享化研究

Research on the Sharing of Public Service Resources of Athletic Sports Table Tennis and Youth Sports

聚焦当前我国重心偏向竞技体育乒乓球发展,忽略青少年乒乓球体育公共服务质量保证问题。该文采用文献资料法等,根据当前青少年乒乓球职业化与大众健身发展不平衡,社会体育公共服务进展缓慢等情况,提出加强社会体育指导员人力资源培养、中小学校内校外多元发展、借鉴国外优秀经验改善公益性场馆供给不足等建议,构建与青少年乒乓球竞技体育相匹配的体育公共服务供给机制。

Focusing on the current development of competitive sports table tennis in China,ignoring the quality assurance of youth table tennis sports public service.By using the method of literature review,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as the cultivation of human resources of social sports instructors,the diversified development of primary and secondary schools,and the improvement of the supply of public welfare venues by learning from foreign excellent experience,build a sports public service supply mechanism that matches with the youth table tennis competitive sports.
