长春市大中小学一贯制乒乓球后备人才培养体系构建

Construction of Table Tennis Reserve Personnel Training System in Changchun Universities,Middle Schools and Primary Schools

乒乓球一直以来都是我国的优势项目,在国际赛场上始终占据着霸主地位。但随着社会的不断进步,“三级训练网”后备人才培养体系逐渐不能满足社会的需要。如何解决乒乓球后备人才培养与教育脱节的问题,让乒乓球后备人才培养体系回归到教育当中,是当前面临的重要挑战。该文通过文献资料法、实地调查法、数理统计法等研究方法对长春市乒乓球后备人才培养现状与存在的问题进行研究。结果表明,长春市乒乓球后备人才整体水平落后于全国其他同年龄段的乒乓球后备人才;长春市乒乓球后备人才培养存在学训矛盾突出、培养过程不连贯、组织机构职业化程度不高等问题;构建指导思想明确、管理机制健全、管理团队完善的大、中、小学一贯制乒乓球后备人才培养体系非常有必要。

Table tennis has always been an advantageous project in China and has always occupied a dominant position in the international arena.However,due to the continuous progress of society,the"three-level training network"reserve talent training system can not meet the needs of society.How to solve the problem of disconnection between table tennis reserve talent training and education and make the table tennis reserve talent training system return to education is an important challenge.This paper studies the current situation and existing problems of table tennis reserve talent training in Changchun through the methods of literature,field investigation and mathematical statistics.The results show that the overall level of table tennis reserve talents in Changchun lags behind other table tennis reserve talents of the same age in China;and there are some problems in the training of table tennis reserve talents in Changchun,such as prominent contradiction between learning and training,incoherent training process and low degree of professionalization of organization;and it is very necessary to build a consistent table tennis reserve talent training system in colleges,middle schools and primary schools with clear guiding ideology,sound management mechanism and perfect management team.
