摘要
基于高校师生体质状况及对运动健康的需求,该文以“共同体理论”与高校体育改革现状为依据,探讨高校体育健康共同体的建构路径。笔者将高校体育中的“健康共同体”界定为教师、学生与高校体育,基于身体健康或实现身体健康这一共同需求,而组成的团体与组织包括有形的共同体或者是无形的共同体,并提出:(1)目标性:高校体育健康共同体建构目标;(2)知识性:体育网络课程建设;(3)榜样性:运动队名片建设;(4)效率性:“四位一体”不断提升健康与理念;(5)制度性:不断完善高校体育规章制度;(6)实践性:“四个加强”促进高校师生身体健康;(7)创新性:积极推行“全方位”校园体育公共服务模式等7个方面的建构路径,为高校体育改革提供借鉴。
Based on the physical condition of teachers and students in colleges and universities and the demand for sports health,the"community theory"and the current situation of college sports reform,this paper discussed the construction path of college sports health community.We defined the"health community"in college physical education as the group and organization composed of teachers,students and college sports based on the common needs of physical health or physical health,including tangible community or intangible community.And put forward:(1)goal:the goal of college sports health community construction;(2)knowledge:sports network curriculum construction;(3)model:sports team business card construction;(4)efficiency:"four in one"to continuously improve health and concept;(5)institutional:constantly improve the university sports rules and regulations;(6)practicality:"four strengthen"to promote the health of college teachers and students;(7)innovation:actively promote the"all-round"campus sports public service mode and other seven aspects of construction path,to provide reference for the reform of college sports.
