摘要
随着社会时尚运动逐渐被引入高校体育课程,瑜伽课程作为一项修身养心且适合当代女大学生的运动,在众多的时尚运动中脱颖而出。该文对瑜伽运动的价值进行分析,明确瑜伽课程对当代女大学生的积极影响,认为其影响主要表现在身体形态、身体素质、身体机能、心理健康等方面。
With the introduction of social fashion sports into college physical education courses,yoga courses,as a sport for self-cultivation and spiritual cultivation,are especially suitable for contemporary female college students,and stand out among many fashion sports.This paper analyzes the value of yoga exercise,and makes clear the positive influence of yoga course on contemporary female college students,which is mainly reflected in body form,physical quality,physical function,mental health and so on.
