微创去腐技术应用于儿童龋齿治疗的临床效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察微创去腐技术应用于儿童龋齿治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2018年12月-2020年3月笔者所在医院口腔科收治的96例龋齿患儿。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组48例。对照组采用传统高速牙钻机械去腐治疗,观察组采用微创去腐技术治疗。比较两组围手术期指标、术中疼痛程度、术中SAS评分及远期疗效。结果:观察组手术治疗时间、术中VAS评分及术中SAS评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总疼痛率为12.50%,低于对照组的37.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1年,观察组填充物完好率为83.33%,脱落率为16.67%,龋齿复发率为4.17%,均优于对照组的62.50%、37.50%、20.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用微创去腐技术治疗儿童龋齿具有显著效果,可以有效缩短手术治疗时间,减轻术中疼痛程度,具有良好、确切的远期疗效,降低龋齿复发率,值得临床推广。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive decaying technology applied in the treatment of dental caries of children.Method:A total of 96 children with dental caries admitted in the department of stomatology in our hospital from December 2018 to March 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional high speed dental drill machinery decaying,while the observation group was treated with minimally invasive decaying technology.The perioperative indicators,intraoperative pain degree,intraoperative SAS score and long-term efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:The operative treatment time,intraoperative VAS score and intraoperative SAS score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total pain rate of the observation group was 12.50%,which was lower than 37.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One year after treatment,the completion rate of fillings in the observation group was 83.33%,the fillings falling off rate was 16.67%,and the dental caries recurrence rate was 4.17%,which were better than 62.50%,37.50%,20.83%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive decaying technology has a significant effect in the treatment of dental caries of children.It can not only effectively shorten the operative treatment time,reduce the intraoperative pain,but also has a good,definite long-term efficacy and reduce the recurrence rate of dental caries,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
