宫腔镜下冷刀切除术治疗育龄期子宫内膜息肉的效果及对妊娠的影响

Effect of Hysteroscopic Cold Knife Resection on Endometrial Polyps of Childbearing Age and Its Influence on Pregnancy

目的:探讨宫腔镜下冷刀切除术治疗育龄期子宫内膜息肉的效果及对妊娠的影响。方法:选择2019年6月-2020年6月笔者所在医院收治的80例子宫内膜息肉患者作为本次研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组应用宫腔镜下电切术治疗,观察组应用宫腔镜下冷刀切除术治疗。比较两组手术指标(手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间)、复发率、妊娠率及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组各项手术指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜下冷刀切除术治疗育龄期子宫内膜息肉的效果确切,对于促进患者恢复,降低疾病复发率,提高术后妊娠率具有积极作用,值得临床采纳。

Objective:To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic cold knife resection on endometrial polyps of childbearing age and its effect on pregnancy.Method:Eighty patients with endometrial polyps admitted in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects of this study,and they were were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each groups.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic electric resection and the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic cold knife resection.The operation indexes(operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time),recurrence rate,pregnancy rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:All operation indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of hysteroscopic cold knife resection in the treatment of endometrial polyps of childbearing age is exact,and has positive effects on promoting the recovery of patients,reducing the disease recurrence rate and improving postoperative pregnancy rate,which is worthy of clinical adoption.
