血浆miR-124表达水平对脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤的早期诊断价值

Early Diagnostic Value of Plasma miR-124 Expression Level in Spinal Fracture Complicated with Spinal Cord Injury

目的:探讨血浆miR-124表达水平对脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤的早期诊断价值。方法:分别纳入2019年1月-2020年12月笔者所在医院收治的脊柱骨折和伴脊髓损伤的脊柱骨折患者各56例。另选取同期于笔者所在医院健康体检人群42例作为健康对照组。采用RT-PCR技术测定血浆miR-124水平。比较三组血浆miR-124水平。比较不同脊髓损伤程度患者血浆miR-124表达水平。采用受试者工作特征曲线(receiver operating characteristic curve,ROC)分析血浆miR-124对脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤的早期诊断价值。结果:脊柱骨折组和伴脊髓损伤组血浆miR-124表达水平均显著高于健康对照组,且伴脊髓损伤组高于脊柱骨折组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同ASIA分级患者血浆miR-124表达水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血浆miR-124诊断脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤的曲线下面积为0.932。结论:血浆miR-124水平测定诊断脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤的早期诊断价值较高,并可在一定程度上反映脊髓损伤程度,具有临床推广价值。

Objective:To investigate the value of plasma miR-124 expression level in the early diagnosis of spinal fracture complicated with spinal cord injury.Method:From January 2019 to December 2020,56 patients with spinal fracture and 56 patients with spinal fracture complicated with spinal cord injury admitted in our hospital were included.In addition,42 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the healthy control group.The plasma miR-124 level was determined by RT-PCR.Plasma miR-124 levels were compared among the three groups.The expression levels of plasma miR-124 in patients with different degrees of spinal cord injury were compared.Receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was used to analyze the value of plasma miR-124 in the early diagnosis of spinal fracture complicated with spinal cord injury.Result:The expression level of plasma miR-124 in the spinal fracture group and the spinal cord injury group was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group,and the spinal cord injury group was higher than that in the spinal fracture group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in plasma miR-124 expression levels among patients with different ASIA grades(P<0.05).The area under the curve of plasma miR-124 in the diagnosis of spinal fracture complicated with spinal cord injury was 0.932,respectively.Conclusion:The determination of plasma miR-124 level in the early diagnosis of spinal fracture complicated with spinal cord injury has a high value,and can reflect the degree of spinal cord injury to a certain extent,which has clinical promotion value.
