鼻咽癌容积调强放疗联合靶向治疗患者的综合护理体会

Comprehensive Nursing Experience of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Patients with Volume Modulated Radiation Therapy Combined with Targeted Therapy

目的:观察鼻咽癌容积调强放疗联合靶向治疗患者的综合护理效果。方法:选取在本院就诊,近期(2019年1月-2020年12月)收治的鼻咽癌患者总计80例,均接受容积调强放疗联合靶向治疗,以随机数字表法分成两组,每组40例,选取其中40例患者接受常规护理为对照组,另40例患者则接受综合护理干预为试验组。比较两组护理前、后睡眠质量与化疗生活质量,并比较在治疗过程中出现的张口困难及放射性口腔黏膜炎的严重程度与发生率。结果:经护理后两组睡眠质量评分均有着明显下降,试验组各评分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。试验组张口困难及放射性口腔黏膜炎的严重程度与发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后两组EORTCQLQ-C30各项评分较护理前下降,试验组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:在鼻咽癌容积调强放疗联合靶向治疗患者中,运用综合性的护理干预,可较明显地改善患者护理后的睡眠质量,降低张口困难及放射性口腔黏膜炎的严重程度,减少其发生率,有效改善患者的化疗生活质量,效果理想。

Objective:To observe the comprehensive nursing effect of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with volume modulated radiation therapy combined with targeted therapy.Method:A total of 80 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.40 patients received routine nursing as the control group,and the other 40 patients received comprehensive nursing intervention as the experimental group.The sleep quality and chemotherapy life quality before and after nursing were compared between the two groups,and the severity and incidence of mouth opening difficulty and radiation oral mucositis during the treatment were compared.Result:After nursing,the sleep quality scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group had lower severity and incidence of mouth opening difficulty and radiation oral mucositis(P<0.05).After nursing,the EORTCQLQ-C30 scores of the two groups decreased compared with those before nursing,and those of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by volume modulated radiation therapy combined with targeted therapy,the application of comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients after nursing,reduce the severity of difficulty in opening mouth and radiation oral mucositis,reduce the incidence rate,effectively improve the quality of life of patients with chemotherapy,and the effect is ideal.
