质量控制小组在手术室护理管理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Quality Control Team in Operating Room Nursing Management

目的:探讨质量控制小组在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院30名手术室护士为研究对象,2019年7-12月实施常规手术室管理,2020年1-6月成立质量控制小组,比较成立质量控制小组前后护理服务质量、并发症发生情况及患者满意率。结果:成立后手术室护士基础护理、服务态度、操作技能、健康教育评分均高于成立前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。成立后患者术中并发发生率明显低于成立前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。成立后患者满意率明显高于成立前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:质量控制小组的成立能有效提高手术室护士护理服务质量,能更好地为患者提供护理指导,降低并发症发生率,提高患者满意率。

Objective:To explore the application effect of quality control team in operating room nursing management.Method:A total of 30 operating room nurses in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.From July to December 2019,the routine operating room management was implemented.From January to June 2020,the quality control team was established.The quality of nursing service,the incidence of complications and the satisfaction rate of patients were compared before and after the establishment of quality control team.Result:After establishment,the basic nursing,service attitude,operation skills and health education scores of operating room nurses were higher than those before establishment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After establishment,the incidence of intraoperative complications in patients was significantly lower than that before establishment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After establishment,the satisfaction rate of patients was significantly higher than that before establishment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The establishment of quality control team can effectively improve the nursing service quality of operating room nurses,provide better nursing guidance for patients,reduce the complication rate of patients,and improve the satisfaction rate of patients.
