腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围术期通过循证支持下个性化护理对机体恢复的影响研究

Effect of Personalized Nursing with Evidence-based Support on Body Recovery in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy during Perioperative Period

目的:分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围术期通过循证支持下个性化护理对机体恢复的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的96例患者作为研究对象,选取时间为2019年11月-2020年10月,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各48例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受循证支持下个性化护理。比较两组心理状态、并发症发生率、手术指标、机体恢复情况。结果:护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为4.17%,明显低于对照组的27.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、术中出血量、VAS评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组排气时间、住院时间、下床活动时间、首次进食时间均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围术期给予循证支持下个性化护理,能够有效改善患者的不良心理状态,减少疼痛感,降低术后并发症的发生,促进机体功能快速恢复,具有显著的应用效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of personalized nursing with evidence-based support on body recovery in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy during perioperative period.Method:A total of 96 patients who received laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatment in our hospital were selected as the research objects from November 2019 to October 2020.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received personalized nursing with evidence-based support.The psychological state,complications rate,surgical indexes and body recovery of the two groups were compared.Result:After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complications rate in the observation group was 4.17%,which was significantly lower than 27.08%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and VAS score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The exhaust time,hospitalization time,getting out of bed activity time and first eating time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized nursing with evidence-based support in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy during perioperative period can effectively improve the patients’poor psychological state,reduce pain,reduce postoperative complications,and promote the rapid recovery of body function.It has a significant application effect and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
