中医骨伤手法结合中药内服治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床探讨

Clinical Study on Treating Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type with Bone Injury Manipulation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Oral Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:探究椎动脉型颈椎病治疗过程中中医骨伤手法联合中药内服所具有的临床效果。方法:从本院2019年3月-2020年3月收治的椎动脉型颈椎病患者中选100例研究对象随机分成对照组(50例,西药治疗)与观察组(中医骨伤手法结合中药内服治疗),对两组临床治疗效果进行观察比较。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(82.00%);临床症状(头痛、眩晕、恶心呕吐、视觉听觉减退)评分[(1.57±0.63)、(1.41±0.46)、(1.53±0.64)、(1.22±0.27)分]低于对照组[(2.14±0.63)、(2.22±0.57)、(2.45±0.29)、(1.88±0.31)分];疼痛评分与颈椎功能障碍指数[(3.11±1.34)、(10.33±3.95)分]低于对照组[(4.65±1.28)、(16.36±2.58)分];生活质量各项评分高于对照组;组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:椎动脉型颈椎病患者行中医骨伤手法结合中药内服治疗可获得较好临床效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of bone injury manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Method:From March 2019 to March 2020,100 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were selected and randomly divided into the control group(50 cases,treated with western medicine)and the observation group(bone injury manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine).Result:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(82.00%);the score of clinical symptoms,such as headache,vertigo,nausea and vomiting,vision and hearing loss[(1.57±0.63),(1.41±0.46),(1.53±0.64),(1.22±0.27)points]were lower than those in the control group[(2.14±0.63),(2.22±0.57),(2.45±0.29),(1.88±0.31)points];pain score and cervical spine dysfunction index[(3.11±1.34),(10.33±3.95)points]were lower than those in the control group[(4.65±1.28),(16.36±2.58)points];the scores of quality of life in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients with bone injury manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine can obtain good clinical effect.
