银杏内酯注射液联合乌拉地尔治疗急性高血压脑出血的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Ginkgolide Injection Combined with Urapidil in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:探究银杏内酯注射液联合乌拉地尔治疗急性高血压脑出血患者的效果。方法:选取本院2019年1月-2020年8月收治的急性高血压脑出血患者118例,随机数表法分为对照组和治疗组,各59例。对照组给予注射用盐酸乌拉地尔治疗,治疗组给予注射用盐酸乌拉地尔联合银杏内酯注射液治疗,两组均治疗2周,对比两组的效果和用药安全性。结果:治疗前,两组的血肿体积、血清白蛋白、脑脊液白蛋白与血脑屏障指数、PCT、CRP、NSE及Hcy水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗1、2周后的血肿体积均明显降低,两组治疗2周后的脑脊液白蛋白、血脑屏障指数、PCT、CRP、NSE及Hcy水平均明显降低,且治疗组的下降幅度更为明显(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:银杏内酯注射液联合乌拉地尔治疗急性高血压脑出血,可减小脑血肿体积,改善血脑屏障功能,抑制炎症和应激反应,安全有效。

Objective:To explore the effect of Ginkgolide Injection combined with Urapidil in the treatment of patients with acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Method:A total of 118 patients with acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Urapidil Hydrochloride for Injection,and the treatment group was treated with Urapidil Hydrochloride for Injection combined with Ginkgolide Injection.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in hematoma volume,serum albumin,cerebrospinal fluid albumin,blood brain barrier index,levels of PCT,CRP,NSE and Hcy between the two groups(P>0.05).The hematoma volume in the two groups was significantly reduced after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of cerebrospinal fluid albumin and blood brain barrier index,PCT,CRP,NSE and Hcy in the two groups were significantly reduced after 2 weeks of treatment,and the decline of the treatment group were more obvious(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ginkgolide Injection combined with Urapidil in the treatment of acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can reduce the volume of cerebellar hematoma,improve the function of blood-brain barrier,inhibit inflammation and stress reaction,which is safe and effective.
