通心络胶囊治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病心绞痛效果及对相关指标的影响

Effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on Angina Pectoris of Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease and Its Influence on Related Indexes

目的:探讨通心络胶囊在冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病心绞痛中的治疗效果及对有关指标的影响。方法:选择2017年4月-2020年5月来本院就诊并确诊为冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病心绞痛的120例患者作为观察对象,以患者治疗方式的意愿,将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规的对症治疗方式,观察组在常规治疗基础上配合口服通心络胶囊治疗,15 d为1个疗程,连续治疗6个疗程。分析两组治疗后的临床总效果,统计两组治疗前后血液流变学指标[全血黏度(nbh)、血浆黏度(np)、血小板聚集率(PAR)、纤维蛋白(Fb)含量]及血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]水平的变化。结果:观察组临床总有效率为95.00%(57/60),对照组为73.33%(44/60),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前观察组与对照组的血液流变学及血脂指标水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗结束后两组的血液流变学指标水平及血脂指标水平均改善,观察组患者的各项指标水平改善程度优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将通心络胶囊用于冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病心绞痛疾病的治疗中,临床效果比较确切,改善了患者的血脂水平,改善心绞痛症状及血液流变学情况,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on angina pectoris of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and its influence on related indexes.Method:A total of 120 patients who came to our hospital from April 2017 to May 2020 and were diagnosed as angina pectoris due to coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were selected as observation subjects.Based on the willingness of treatment,the patients were divided into the control group and the observations group,with 60 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment,while patients in the observation group were treated with oral Tongxinluo Capsule on the basis of conventional treatment,with a course of treatment lasting for 15 days and 6 consecutive courses of treatment.The clinical effect of the two groups after treatment were analyzed.Before and after treatment,the blood rheological index[whole blood viscosity(nbh),plasma viscosity(np),platelet aggregation rate(PAR),fibrin(Fb)]and blood lipids index[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)]in two groups were analyzed.Result:The total clinical effect rate of patients in the observation group was 95.00%(57/60),and the control group was 73.33%(44/60),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,hemorheology and blood lipids index level in two groups had no statistical differences(P>0.05),after treatment,blood rheology indexes and blood lipids index levels were improved,the improvement in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Tongxinluo Capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris disease is relatively accurate,and it improves the blood lipid level,angina pectoris symptoms and hemorheology of the patients.It has a high clinical application value.
