“四位一体”打造思政课精准教学新模式——以江苏农林职业技术学院为例

A Study on the Creation of the New“Four-in-One”Precise Teaching Mode for the Course of Ideological and Political Theories——A Case Study of Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry

本文通过对江苏农林职业技术学院的实证研究,理论结合实践,简述了精准思政顶层设计和基本内涵,以精准思政理念为引领,以思政课精准教学为切入点和着重点,详细阐释了师资、课程、方案、考核“四位一体”思政课精准教学新模式。一是打造精英师资队伍,夯精准思政课之基;二是打造精品课程体系,铸精准思政课之本;三是精密打造实施方案,辟精准思政课之径;四是打造精细考核体系,赋精准思政课之能。此研究成果丰富了践行精准思政的具体路径,可为广大高校提高思政课教学水平提供参考。

Base on the empirical study of Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry,in combination with the theory-practice integration,this paper introduces the top design and basic connotation of precise ideological and political education.Under the guidance of this concept,based on precise teaching of the course of ideological and political theories,it also expounds the new“four-in-one”precise teaching mode for the course featured by the teacher-course-programme-appraisal integration.An elite teaching staff should be constructed to lay a solid foundation for precise teaching of the course;an excellent curriculum system should be established to form its basis;an implementing programme should be built to open up ways for it;a fine appraisal system should be created to energize it.The results of the study enrich specific ways of carrying out precise teaching of the course,which can provide reference for other colleges and universities in improving levels of teaching of the course.
