复合絮凝调理对湖泊底泥脱水性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 为研究不同浓度和种类的药剂对湖泊底泥脱水性能的影响,向淤泥中分别投加不同浓度的聚合氯化铝(polyaluminum chloride,PAC)、聚合氯化铁(polyferric chloride,PFC)、阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺(anionic polyacrylamide,APAM)、阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺(cationic polyacrylamide,CPAM)和自主研发改性剂(self-developed modifier,SDM)进行化学调理,然后采用板框压滤设备进行脱水,研究不同药剂对污泥的调理效果.结果表明:当SDM、PAC和APAM投加量分别为25 g/kg、0.5 g/kg、20 g/kg时,泥饼含水率可降至26%,淤泥脱水的效果最理想,因此复合絮凝调理改善了淤泥的脱水性能. In order to study the effects of different concentrations and types of agents on the dewatering performance of lake sediments,added different concentrations of polyaluminum chloride(PAC),polyferric chloride(PFC),anionic polyacrylamide(APAM),cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM)and self-developed modifier SDM to the sludge for chemical conditioning.Then the plate and frame filter press equipment was used for dehydration to study the conditioning effect of different chemicals on the sludge.The results show that when the dosages of SDM,PAC,and APAM were 25 g/kg,0.5 g/kg,and 20 g/kg,respectively,the water content of the mud cake can be reduced to 26%,and the effect of sludge dewatering was the best.Therefore,composite flocculation conditioning improves the dewatering performance of the sludge.
