聚天冬氨酸/组胺化合物的缓蚀性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 为提高环保型缓蚀剂聚天冬氨酸(PASP)的腐蚀抑制效率,采用组胺作为改性剂,通过开环聚合反应合成了聚天冬氨酸/组胺化合物(PASP/HA).采用旋转挂片失重法对PASP/HA化合物在不同条件下(药物浓度、温度、pH、加热时间)的缓蚀性能进行评价.结果表明,随着药物浓度的增加,PASP/HA化合物的缓蚀率不断提高;PASP/HA缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果优于PASP,耐温缓蚀性能优良;PASP/HA缓蚀剂的缓蚀率随着浸泡时间的延长而下降,但在浸泡120 h后仍能够保持70%以上的缓蚀率;PASP/HA缓蚀剂在酸性介质中可表现出优异的缓蚀性能. In order to improve the corrosion inhibition efficiency of environmental friendly inhibitor PASP,with histamine as modifier PASP/HA was synthesized by ring opening polymerization.The corrosion inhibition performance of PASP/HA compounds under different conditions(drug concentration,temperature,pH,heating time)was evaluated by weight loss method.The results show that the inhibition rate of PASP/HA compounds increases with the increase of drug concentration.The inhibition effect of PASP/HA inhibitor is better than that of PASP,and the PASP/HA has excellent temperature resistance and corrosion inhibition performance.The inhibition rate of PASP/HA inhibitor decreases with the prolongation of immersion time,but decreases at 120℃The PASP/HA inhibitor can still maintain more than 70%inhibition rate after 120 h.It also show excellent inhibition performance in acid medium.
