摘要
档案行政监督包括对档案行政工作,各级政府和各国家机关、社会组织处理档案事务,档案管理工作和档案开发与利用的监督。本文主要研究档案行政监督主体的确定、完善监督机制以及优化行政监督环境等方面,并提出我国档案行政监督改革的方向和路径,以供同仁参考。
The file administration supervision includes archives administration,the handling of archives affairs by governments at all levels and social organizations of state organs,the administration of archives and the supervision of the development and utilization of archives.This paper puts forward the direction and path of China's archival administrative supervision reform in the aspects of determining and standardizing the subject of administrative supervision and perfecting the supervision mechanism and procedure as well as optimizing the administrative supervision environment for the reference of colleagues.
