图书不规范问题对国家图书馆法定交存的影响与控制

Influence and Countermeasures of Book's Non-Standard Problems on the Legal Deposit of National Library of China

图书交存是国家图书馆出版物法定交存管理中重要部分。针对法定交存中图书出版不规范、交送不规范、残缺书影响服务等图书不规范问题,分析图书出版和交存不规范现象特点、原因以及对国家图书馆出版物交存工作的影响,认为国家图书馆要加强图书出版舆情研判、加大馆社间沟通认知等控制路径。目的是降低图书不规范现象对国家图书馆法定交存带来的影响、提升图书交存效率、降低出版社交存经济压力、减轻出版社人力成本等,并对我国其他出版物法定交存机构提供可行性参考价值。

Book legal deposit is an important part of the management of publications legal deposit of National Library of China.Aiming at the problem of irregular book publishing,irregular delivery,more incomplete books affecting services and other books'irregular disorder in legal deposit,this article analyzes characteristics and reasons of book publishing irregular disorder and legal deposit irregular disorder,and analyzes the impact on the publications legal deposit of National Library of China,and puts forward that the National Library of China should strengthen the public opinion research of book publishing,increase the communication and cognition of the Publishers-National Library of China and other control paths.The aim is to reduce the impact of irregular book disorder on the legal deposit of National Library of China,and improve the efficiency of book legal deposit and reduce the publishers'legal deposit economic pressure and labor cost,and to provide feasi-ble reference value for the other publications legal deposit institutions in China.
