分析了疫情常态化下图书馆少儿服务面临的形势与挑战,将少儿家长同少儿一起作为图书馆少儿服务的重要用户,通过深度访谈和调查问卷相结合的方式了解疫情常态化下少儿阅读、在线服务使用、数字资源需求等情况,从建立疫情常态化下少儿服务保障机制、引导社会正确认识数字阅读、提升线上服务影响力、加强馆员培训等方面提出建议。

This article analyzes the situation and challenges faced by library children's services under the normalization of the epidemic.Parents of children together with children are regarded as important users of library services for children.Through a combination of indepth interviews and questionnaires to understand the situation of children's reading,online service use,and digital resource needs under the normalization of the epidemic.Suggestions are made in terms of establishing a service guarantee mechanism for children under the normalization of the epidemic,guiding the society to correctly understand digital reading,enhancing the influence of online services,and strengthening librarian training.
