TKX-50/粘结剂二元体系的热稳定性研究

摘要 为探究TKX-50与粘结剂二元体系的热稳定性,通过差示扫描量热分析(DSC)试验和绝热加速量热分析(ARC)试验,对TKX-50与CAB、F2311、NC、PIB二元混合体系进行热分解研究,得到对应的DSC和ARC曲线,并通过计算动力学参数来评价TKX-50与4种不同粘结剂体系的热稳定性。结果表明:与TKX-50结合能较高的粘结剂可以有效地提高其活化能,NC和F2311能明显提高TKX-50的表观活化能,而CAB和PIB对TKX-50的表观活化能影响不大。 To explore the thermal stability of binary system of TKX-50 and different binders,by use of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)test and adiabatic accelerated calorimetry(ARC)test,the thermal decomposition of TKX-50 and CAB,F2311,NC,PIB binary mixed systems was studied,and the corresponding DSC and ARC curves were obtained respectively.The thermal stability of TKX-50 and four different binder systems was evaluated by calculating the kinetic parameters.The results show that the binder with higher binding energy can effectively increase the activation energy of TKX-50,NC and F2311 can obviously increase the apparent activation energy of TKX-50,while CAB and PIB have little effect on the apparent activation energy of TKX-50.
