摘要
针对目前火工药剂静电感度测试系统未有校准方法的现状,在分析静电火花感度测量系统电路模型基础上,研究了基于放电回路静电放电电压和放电电流的校准方法,并结合实际测量波形,对输出结果进行分析,评价分析校准中的测量不确定度。研究表明该校准方法准确度高、可实施性强。
Aimed at status that there is no calibration method for electrostatic spark tester used for loading materials for initiating device,based on the analysis of circuit model of the electrostatic spark sensitivity measurement system,the calibration method was studied on account of the electrostatic discharge voltage and discharge current of the discharge circuit,and combined with the actual measurement waveform,the output results were analyzed,then the uncertainty analysis for the calibration was carried out.The study show that the calibration method of the test system has high accuracy and is easy to perform.
