全球卫生教育是一个以跨国因素引起的健康问题为重点的教育领域,其重要性和必要性随着全球化进程的加速和传染性疾病在全球的肆虐日益突出。开展全球卫生教育成为国际医学教育的重要发展趋势。我国发展全球卫生教育具有十分重要的意义,迫切需要加强高等院校全球卫生科研与教学机构建设,为医学生提供更多全球卫生教育机会,并重视高层次全球卫生专业人才培养。

Global health education is an educational area that focuses on health issues directly or indirectly caused by transnational factors.Its importance and necessity are becoming increasingly prominent with the acceleration of globalization and spread of infectious diseases across the globe.All major developed countries attach importance to global health and it has become an important tendency in international medical education to develop global health education.It is also of importance to develop global health education in China,including strengthening the building of global health research and teaching entities at higher education institutions,providing medical students with more global health education opportunities,and putting emphasis on the production of high-level global health professionals.
