聚乙烯材料制备的体育运动器材的综合性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着研究的不断深入,各种新型材料层出不穷,这些材料在体育运动器材中的应用也越来越广泛。在这些新型材料中,聚乙烯材料以其优异的抗冲击、蠕变、力学、热稳定等性能成为体育运动器材中普遍运用的材料,例如聚乙烯纤维、聚乙烯泡沫、聚乙烯板材等材料被应用于各种不同的体育运动场景中。研究证明由聚乙烯材料所制成的各种体育器材,能在各方面满足体育运动过程中的苛刻需求,对运动员起到很好的保护作用。另外,聚乙烯材料优异的热稳定性使其延长了体育运动器材的使用寿命。文章以此为基础,研究了聚乙烯材料制备的体育运动器材抗弯曲、蠕变性能,力学性能,耐冲击性能,耐磨、耐低温性能,抗湿、抗化学腐蚀性能及其热稳定性,对于聚乙烯材料在体育运动器材中的运用及其发展具有重要意义。 With the deepening of research,a variety of new materials emerge in endlessly.The application of these materials in sports equipment is becoming more and more extensive.Among these new materials,polyethylene materials has become commonly used materials in sports equipment due to its excellent iMPact resistance,creep,mechanics,and thermal stability.Such as polyethylene fibers,polyethylene foams,polyethylene sheets and other materials are applied to various sports scenes.Studies have proved that various sports equipment made of polyethylene materials can meet the demanding needs of sports in all aspects,and play a good protective role for athletes.In addition,the excellent thermal stability of polyethylene materials makes it prolong the service life of sports equipment.Based on this,the paper studies the bending and creep properties,mechanical properties,iMPact resistance,wear resistance,low temperature resistance,moisture resistance,chemical corrosion resistance and thermal stability of sports equipment made of polyethylene materials.It is of great significance to the application and development of polyethylene materials in sports equipment.
