摘要
为了探究颗粒尺寸、成型密度及集料类型对材料自适应变形能力的影响,建立了坍散值试验方法和压碎松散值试验方法,并以玄武岩和辉绿岩为代表来评价颗粒材料自适应变形能力。试验结果表明:不同粒径的集料,坍散值、压碎松散值及剪胀值均随成型密度增大而增大。在成型密度较低时,坍散值与压碎松散值近似相等,在成型密度较高时,二者差异变大。玄武岩T05级自适应变形协调能力的最低成型密度为1634~1715 kg/m^(3)。通过多组试验对比,成型密度是颗粒材料自适应变形能力最主要的影响因素。
In order to investigate the influence of particle size,forming density and aggregate type on the adaptive deformation capacity of materials,the collapse value test method and crushing loose value test method are established,and the basalt and diabase are taken as representative to evaluate the adaptive deformation ability of granular materials.The test results show that the collapse value,crushing loose value and dilatancy value of aggregates with different particle sizes increase with the growth of molding density.When the molding density is low,the collapse value is approximately equal to the crushing loose value,and when the molding density is high,the difference between them becomes larger.The lowest forming density of T05 adaptive deformation coordination ability of basalt is 1634~1715 kg/m^(3).Through the comparison of several groups of experiments,the molding density is the most important factor that affects the adaptive deformation ability of granular materials.
