摘要 机械故障诊断实验具有工程实践背景,对于培养学生的综合能力有着重要意义。为此基于MATLAB GUI设计开发了机械故障诊断实验系统,系统包含振动信号的时域、频谱、时频分析3大功能模块,借助案例分析有效地验证了系统的适用性。该实验系统的开发与应用有助于学生理解相关领域的原理与分析方法,切实提高了学生在机械故障诊断领域里的实践和应用能力,为学生今后开展相关研究奠定了理论与工程实践基础。 Mechanical fault diagnosis experiment with the engineering practice background is of great significance to cultivate students'comprehensive ability.Therefore,a mechanical fault diagnosis and experimental system is designed and developed based on MATLAB GUI.The system includes three functional modules such as time domain,frequency spectrum and time-frequency analysis of vibration signal.The applicability of the system is verified by case analysis.The development and application of the experimental system are helpful for students to understand the principles and analysis methods in related fields,improve their practical and application ability in the field of mechanical fault diagnosis,and lay a theoretical and engineering practice foundation for them to carry out related research in the future.
