摘要
针对软件工程实践教学存在的教学过程难以管理、学生工作难以度量、软件交付时间难以确定、软件质量难以保证等问题,该文提出一种以学生为中心的基于通用学习模型的“参与者互评(participants pairwise mutual evaluation,PPME)”模式,该模式在传统的敏捷过程模型中,增加了团队内悬赏评价、团队内绩效评价和团队间作品评价三种互评机制,用以提升学生学习的外部刺激和动机系统刺激。该教学模式取得了良好的实施效果。
In view of the problems that teaching process is difficult to manage,students’work is difficult to measure,software delivery time is difficult to determine and software quality is difficult to guarantee in software engineering practice teaching,this paper proposes a student-centered“Participants paired mutual evaluation(PPME)”model based on general learning model.This model adds three mutual evaluation mechanisms to the traditional agile process model,such as the reward evaluation within the team,performance evaluation within the team and work evaluation among teams,so as to enhance the external stimulation and motivation system stimulation of students’learning.This teaching model has achieved good results.
