摘要
为有效预防和减少爆炸事故发生,运用STAMP模型从控制角度针对实验室爆炸事故进行系统分析,以识别高校实验室安全的控制缺陷,包括组织结构、管理、文化等方面,从而有针对性地提高安全管理水平。分析结果表明,STAMP模型能够全面分析组织内及组织间控制缺陷,找到事故背后更深层次的原因解释,为预防和减少此类事故再次发生提供更为系统的建议指导。
In order to effectively prevent and reduce the explosion accidents,the STAMP model is used to analyze the laboratory explosion accidents from the control point of view in order to identify the university laboratory safety control defects,including organizational structure,management,culture and other aspects and improve the safety management level.The results show that the STAMP model can comprehensively analyze the control defects within and between organizations,find the deeper reasons behind the accidents,and provide more systematic suggestions and guidance for preventing and reducing the recurrence of such accidents.
