摘要
随着人们对癌症早期诊断和治疗的重视,开发高效可靠的检测方法对细胞内生物活性物质进行原位实时监测意义重大,电化学生物传感系统因灵敏度高、检测速度快、稳定性和选择性好等优点,在H2O2检测中展现出重要的应用价值。H2O2是一种活性氧,与肿瘤细胞等的生理活动密切相关。开发检测癌症生物标志物H2O2的电化学生物传感系统有着巨大的应用前景。本文重点阐述了基于柔性自支撑碳基复合电极的电化学传感器在H2O2检测中的研究进展,并介绍了一些传感器在癌细胞检测中的应用。最后展望了其未来发展的机遇和挑战。
Early diagnosis and treatment of cancer has gained more research effort towards the electrochemical biosensing by virtue of high sensitivity,fast detection,great stability and superb selectivity for real-time in vivo or vitro detection.As on type of reactive oxygen species(ROS),hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)is closely related to physiological activities of tumor cells.In this regard,developing electrochemical biosensing for the detection of cancer biomarker H2O2 has a promising application prospect.Hence,this article focuses on the research progress of electrochemical sensors based on flexible free-standing carbon-based composite electrodes in the detection of H2O2 and introduces some application of sensors in the detection of cancer cells,and forecasts the opportunities and challenges for their future development finally.
