摘要
手性化合物的分离分析一直是分析化学领域的一个重要研究课题。对映异构体在非手性环境中具有相同的化学和物理性质,但在生物体系中会展现出不同的生物和生理活性。因此,手性对映体的有效拆分对于医药、生物领域有着重大的意义。本文就近年来毛细管电色谱技术及其对手性化合物的拆分研究进行归纳及综述,介绍了基于不同材料,包括多糖衍生物、纳米材料、多孔有机骨架材料以及生物材料作为手性固定相的毛细管电色谱柱制备和应用。最后对手性毛细管电色谱的未来发展方向进行了展望。
The separation of enantiomers remains a significant topic in analytical chemistry.Enantiomers can exhibit different biological and physiological activities on biological systems,even though they possess common chemical and physical properties in an achiral environment.Therefore,the separation of chiral compounds is of great significance to the pharmaceutical and biological industries.In this paper,the separation of chiral compounds by capillary electrochromatography is reviewed.The preparation and application of capillary electrochromatographic columns based on various materials including carbohydrate derivatives,nanomaterials,porous organic framework materials and biological materials as chiral stationary phases are discussed.Finally,the future development direction of chiral capillary electrochromatography is prospected.
