摘要
通过水热反应和退火处理制备NiMoO4纳米棒(NiMoO_(4)NRs),并以该材料构建了无酶型葡萄糖电化学传感器。扫描电镜和X射线衍射表征显示,合成的NiMoO_(4)NRs为纳米带成束组装形成的纳米棒结构,且为α相的单斜晶体。电化学测试表明,NiMoO4NRs对葡萄糖的氧化具有良好的催化作用和灵敏的响应,其线性范围为0.2μmol/L~2.633 mmol/L和2.633~10.133 mmol/L,检出限(S/N=3)为0.02μmol/L。该电化学传感器选择性、重现性和稳定性良好,可以实现人体血清中葡萄糖含量的快速测定。
NiMoO4 nanorods(NiMoO_(4)NRs)were prepared by hydrothermal reaction and annealing treatment.The experimental data of scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)showed that the as-synthesized NiMoO4had a nanorod structure,assembled by nanobelts,and it was anα-phase monoclinic crystal.Cyclic voltammetry(CV)results suggested that the as-synthesized NiMoO_(4)NRs had a good catalytical effect on the oxidation of glucose.Amperometric responses indicated that the glassy carbon electrode(GCE)modified by NiMoO4NRs(NiMoO4NRs/GCE)could be applied to the sensitive detection of glucose.The calibration ranges were 0.2μmol/L-2.633 mmol/L and 2.633-10.133 mmol/L,with the corresponding sensitivities of 469.3μA/(mmol/L·cm^(2))and 277.6μA/(mmol/L·cm2),respectively,and the limit of detection was 0.02μmol/L(S/N=3).The modified electrode had good anti-interference ability,reproducibility and stability,and has been successfully used for the determination of glucose in human serum.
