摘要 通过简单可控的滴涂成膜法和电聚合法,将Nafion-聚苋菜红-石墨烯纳米复合膜固定于玻碳电极表面,构建了一种新型NO生物医学传感界面。电化学表征表明,纳米复合膜对于NO的电化学氧化具有良好的催化效应。借助于电子扫描显微镜技术和电化学交流阻抗技术对纳米复合膜的电催化机理进行了探讨,并对传感器的性能进行了考察。结果表明,该传感器具有较宽的线性范围(1.0×10^(-7)~5.1×10^(-4) mol/L),检出限低至1.8×10^(-8) mol/L。方法具有重现性好、稳定性好、灵敏度高以及抗干扰能力强等优点。将该传感器应用于小鼠母瘤神经细胞释放NO的监测,取得了令人满意的结果。 Through simple and controllable drop coating and electropolymerization method,Nafion-poly(amaranth)-graphene nanocomposite film was immobilized on the surface of glassy carbon electrode and a novel biomedical sensing interface for nitric oxide detection was constructed.Electrochemical characterization shows that the nanocomposite film has a good catalytic effect on the electrochemical oxidation of nitric oxide.The electrocatalytic mechanism of the nanocomposite film was investigated by means of scanning electron microscope and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,moreover,the performances of the sensor were investigated.The results show that,under optimized detection conditions,the sensor has a wide linear range(1.0×10^(-7) mol/L-5.1×10^(-4) mol/L).The detection limit was obtained through experiment and is as low as 1.8×10^(-8) mol/L(S/N=3).The method has advantages of good reproducibility,good stability,high sensitivity and strong anti-interference ability.The sensor has been applied to monitor the release of nitric oxide from mouse neuroblastoma cells with satisfactory results,which indicates its potential application prospect in biomedical area.
