片状Sendust/MnO_(2)复合材料的制备及其微波吸收性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文设计了片状磁性合金材料进行半导体材料纳米结构的包覆。整个过程通过简单的一步水热法合成了包覆有MnO_(2)纳米片的Sendust薄片。通过分析在0.1~18GHz范围内的电磁参数,发现引入MnO_(2)不仅改善了复合材料的介电损耗,略微降低了磁损耗,而且还引入了多重极化效应,使得复合材料的阻抗匹配和衰减能力得到了优化,吸收带宽和反射损耗值相应提高。设计的吸波涂层材料在填料为30wt%,厚度为1.5mm时,在15.1GHz处的最小反射损耗值可以达到-41dB,而具有相同涂层厚度的未负载MnO_(2)的Sendust薄片的性能较差。因此,包覆有MnO_(2)的Sendust复合材料可以作为潜在的性能优异的微波吸收剂。 The excellent structure of magnetic base and semiconductor coated layer has been designed in this work.The Sendust flakes coated with MnO_(2) nanosheets were synthesized through an ordinary hydrothermal process.Through analyzing the microwave measurement results in the range of 0.1~18 GHz, the addition of MnO_(2) not only improved the dielectric loss of the composite with slightly reduction of the magnetic loss, but also introduced polarization to the composite. The impedance matching and the attenuation capability were well optimized and the absorption bandwidth and the RL value were correspondingly enhanced. The composite filled with 30 wt% of the Sendust flakes coated with MnO_(2) in paraffin have a minimum RL value of -41 dB at 15.1 GHz with the thickness of 1.5 mm, while the uncoated flakes with the same thickness has bad performance. It can be confirmed that the Sendust coated with MnO_(2) is the potential microwave absorber.
