生成性教学,是生成性思维视域下的“具有过程性、动态性、互动性、开放性、创造性等特征”的教学形态。实现生成性教学的前提是灵动的教学计划,基础是智慧型的教师,教师可以弹性预设教学计划,在教学过程中运用教学智慧,敏锐捕捉和利用“生成性资源”,灵活动态地调整教学计划,既能达成预设的教学效果,又有意外的“动态生成”的教学收获。生成性教学鼓励学生质疑,要求教师创造性地组织教学,引领学生“动态生成”新的认识和意义建构。
